  • City of Gosnells Library 2232D Albany Highway Gosnells, WA, 6110 Australia (map)

Do you have gluts from your garden and not sure what to do with your excess produce? Or perhaps you would like to reduce your food waste, or learn new skills?

Amy is a self taught food preserver who learnt the skill of preserving out of necessity, harvesting over half a tonne of produce from her home garden. She has a passion for all things gardening, cooking and preserving and embracing the skills of generations past.

This instructional talk is geared towards those brand new to food preserving or those who have dabbled in the past. Amy will provide insight into different methods of food preserving, as well as tips and tricks to get you started on your journey.
