If you've ever wanted to try making your own pasta from scratch but find the idea daunting, then this is the perfect class for you. Once you see how easy (and fun!) it is, you'll never go back!
Semola Pasta or "Water and Flour" pasta is the perfect type of pasta dough to make when starting out on your pasta journey. It is very easy, lends itself to making a huge array of hand rolled shapes - the majority of which don't require any special equipment. It also contains no eggs, so its suitable for vegans! That's right, vegan pasta!
In this hands on cooking workshop, you will have the opportunity to make your own semola pasta dough, as well as a three different shapes and two different sauces. You will prepare these items yourself, with the sauces made in groups.
In addition to preparing the above items, we will also talk about types of flour and where to buy, drying and freezing pasta, and there'll be a demonstration of 'trickier' shapes that can be made with the same dough.

This class is not suitable for coealics or those with a gluten intolerance, unfortunately this cannot be catered for with this type of pasta.
